Sicilian Lemon

Lemon zested sponge soaked with a freshly squeezed lemon sugar syrup, and filled with a lemon buttercream or white chocolate ganache. Seriously lemony, seriously delicious. 

Chocolate Devil’s Food

Belgian chocolate cake, filled with a rich belgian chocolate ganache (white/milk/dark). Exquisite!

Chocolate and Salted Caramel

Belgian chocolate cake, this time filled with a salted caramel ganache. Does life get any better?!

Ginger Cake

This spicey and aromatic ginger cake is divine and is filled with a classic vanilla buttercream ganache. Absolute class. 

Vanilla Bean

Classic vanilla sponge filled with strawberry or raspberry jam, and finished with madagascan vanilla buttercream. Simply gorgeous.

Carrot Cake

Delicious carrot cake (with or without raisins, as you prefer), filled with a vanilla and orange zested buttercream to add an extra dimension. You won’t be sorry if you pick this!

Red Velvet

The American Red Velvet cake is a mixture of chocolate and vanilla in flavour, filled with a tangy cream cheese icing. Different!

Seville Orange

Freshly zested local oranges go into making this delicious orange cake, filled with a white chocolate ganache. A lovely fresh alternative to a lemon cake.
